I have a woocommerce site that is coming a long pretty good design wise. I need some help with coding though. I've taken it as far as I can and need a good developer to efficiently make these design and layout changes.
I do update plugins and themes, so lets try to utilize the capabilities of the theme and plugins as much as possible. I don't want to get into custom development every time I update something. Please use the child theme and some common sense when making changes. I'm currently using Electro from themeforest.
I've attached a picture of the current layout and what I need it to look like. I will detail each change, please look at the corresponding numbers:
[login to view URL] is a sidebar element. I need it to be fixed in place throughout that reddish area. I installed Q2W3 fixed widget plugin and would like it to stop right above top rated products. I would like to add in a square jpg to that as well- so it would make sense to make the entire shop sidebar fixed. This sidebar shouldn't show on mobile. If you don't need the plugin, I'll be OK without it.
[login to view URL] is not a sidebar element. this will have to be worked up in the single product page. Ordinarily, the theme displays the featured image with the gallery directly below it. I want to add a shortcode right below that. Each product will have it's own specific shortcode i need to put in there. This shortcode is generated by Instashow, it's a responsive Instagram gallery script and it will work pretty well there. So on the backend of product entry, I'd need a field to put that shortcode in. I need this fixed inline with the sidebar. So let's keep it fixed until we get to the details section. I would also like to add text, so give me a field in the backend so that I can put in everything I need.
3. I don't like the price ranges in here- let's remove it from the entire site. I tried this with a plugin but didn't get desired results. I would like items to be priced by the default options. is that possible? Either way, the price from this area should be removed.
4. This area doesn't look right to me. I need it layed out a little nicer- the price, put in a nice matching font and make the total bigger
5. Disregard the order changes. I would like to leave this in the same order, however, I'd like to change the font to the title fonts and also change 'Accessories' to 'Addons'
That's it. I don't think it's too hard- Please reply back with how you plan to attack this and the expected time you'll spend on it.
Hey, I need to add that the website is already up and running with the theme- these are just theme CHANGES and tweaks
