Custom Responsive WordPress Template Development

We require the development of a custom Wordpress template as per already designed Adobe PSD files. The site will need to be responsive and viewable on all mobile devices, with rollover / mouseover navigation elements. There are number of products on the site, but these are purely for display purposes, so there is no need for an ecommerce system or shopping basket. The site consists of the following: - Home Page - About Us Page - Products page - with 4 sub categories and then product detail in each category. (Each product has to be laid out as per the product spec sheet provided) - Downloads Page - which will link to 2 PSD files to download. - Gallery Page - product thumbnails which will enlarge utilising a litebox pop up/ - Contact Us Page - this page will be in the form of a map which will highlight once you move over / roll over a region and then the office details of that region will display to the side of the map and then vice-versa, there will also a be a list of offices toy the side of the map, and when you rollover any of those the region on the map will highlight accordingly. I have also attached a PDF file showing the site design as well as all the pages for viewing. There is also a file showing the product spec that needs to be displayed. The site layout, ready PSD files, as well as the relevant product info, full gallery imagery as well as site content will be provided. This project is quite urgent and first draft would need to be completed in 10 working days.
