Credit Card payment gateway for virtuemart

Hello, We need you to develop credit card payment gateway for virtuemart 2 and virtuemart 3 (joomla 2.5 + joomla 3) We use the service of a credit card clearing company and we need you to help us add an iframe to our checkout page that will send the cc details and post back to our server the cc clearing reply. The payment gateway should be a virtuemart plugin that we can install on multiple websites that use VM 2 or VM 3, and Joomla 2.5 or Joomla 3 The plugin also need to have a set of rules in the setting section that will set this rules: 1. which country can be charged using CC (if the country is not on the allowed list, a msg will be displayed to the customer) 2. what is the top amount for each country (if the amount is too high for the specific country, a msg will be displayed to the customer) 3. some countries must be charged with a test amount of [login to view URL] $ (the xx is a random number 0-99 a specific msg will be displayed to the customer if the transaction was successful) 4. the cc clearing company's API sends back the transaction status, this must be verified before it is registered on our server using VM 5. the plugin must have an export report option so we can manually check it.
