Create a small Dashboard with 3 pages. for a Chat Moderator System

I need an chat mod system for Oxwall, it does not have to be built inside oxwall actually it can be built inside codeigniter or similar platform, it just needs to connect to the oxwall database. I have attached an admin dashboard template to be used to speed up the project, as well as a chat system that could be modified for this project.. both or optional if you have a different system feel free to use it. - Pages as follows :: Managed Accounts :: Chat System :: Settings this area also should multiple user login, with permission.. ex : admin can see all pages, mod can only see chat system page :: Managed Accounts - the admin area should be able to add accounts -- they should be addable by typing Profile id or Username, ass well being able to type in profile ID range to add several accounts at once. once added it. it should have a list of Managed accounts, showing info such as profile image : name : age : location : and a section for a fake message ( like in the [login to view URL] file ) --- Chat system page (( the chat system supplied might work for this )) Chat system should be like the mail system in oxwall / facebox but on this page you will be able to recieve all messages from the managed accounts, and will be able to send out from those accounts as well. the Right side should show incoming messages like in facebook but it will also have the person they are sending it to listed. would be good to have the info from both profiles of the conversion selected showing up on the right side.. meaning like the basic profile [login to view URL], name, age, location.. -- if you need to do the chat system a bit differently it is fine just make it function basically the same way.. need alerts and such when new chats come in so the moderator can reply. --- Settings page should have the following options. How many fake messages to send out ever 5 minutes. (( the script should send out fake messages as listed in the accounts managed page, the accounts should be selected randomly to send out the fake messages from the list on managed accounts page. when they send out a message they also should be logged in to the site.. you can see how that is managed in the files attached. as well there should be an option on how many REAL accounts ( ones not in the managed accounts list ) should get logged in every 5 minutes --------- I have attached a file that helps you see how to handle the database for the most part.. how to login a user ( requires 2 database updates), how to send messages ( requires 3 updates ). the files are in Dropbox :: [login to view URL] I want this done in 2-3 days,, payment will be delivereed after 3 days of testing to verify no problems in the system.
