Hi. I have been creating similar apps. A captcha can be recognized with one of the special service for this. These services are recruiting employees for this work. So any type of captcha can be recognized. It costs about 1$ for 1000 recognized captchas. Because of this I dont think this work costs more than 100$. let me know if you are interested in my services.
