Create a cordova plugin for android and ios and integrated it into ionic2

We found this player [url removed, login to view] which is a native player for android and ios which supports RTSP stream with [url removed, login to view] video and [url removed, login to view] audio codec.

We need to use this in an app which we have done with ionic2. So we need and cordova plugin for android and ios which wraps this native player and at the end we need to call this from our ionic2 app.

Is there anyone who can do this? I know there are already some people which have done this for this project:
