Basically I want to build a WordPress theme to submit on Envato's marketplace. I will be able to provide a PSD artwork of what I want and purchase an extended license of what needs to be added to my theme such an Visual Composer and Slider Revolution for example.
And as it will be published on Envato, I will rely on your expertise to make sure it is compatible with Envato's policies
