We are looking for wordpress expert who has/have worked (developed plugin from scratch) with Wordpress plugins and knows the themeforest upload/approval process very well. Plugin needs to be built. Should have following major features. Main concept is to create notification [login to view URL] the bar should give flexibility to users to add unlimited background colors, also font style, font sizes etc...Notification Bar can display Text, Text + Image, Text + Image + Button, Text + Video + Button, the user must has the ability to style it. Little similar example can be the popup displays on [login to view URL] However notification bar should also has the options to include 1)Time Counter 2)Social Icons The notification bar can be displayed on any page/post anywhere or can also be inserted as sidebar widget. Importantly: The plugin, Should be themeforest uploaded & approved.
