Create HTML Image via PHP into email

We normally send emails to our customer already in our db using an existing php code
we add images before we send the information out
We need to add text and some static html images,
Kindly look at the Image A (This is the image we want the customers to receive), but we need to ensure that the links works and also the correct image and text is added
The second part of the task (called Task C) is to add 2 buttons and make them display the information as described on the notepad called task A and B
Max budget is $50, this should be completed within 1day
No FTP or DB access (pls note)
