I have listed some skills but not sure what I need as I don't understand all this "speak". I have a wordpress site and using a theme. I recently changed the theme as it really wasnt working for me (as in I'm am not sure how to get the best out of it) to another, Tempera and now I need help as I am stuck. Really I am looking for a hotel sort of theme to style on. I really don't think it would be a big process to someone who knows how to use wordpress and work with the themes and plugins such as sliders etc etc ( that I am getting lost on). I have very little time to devote, as I have a young family, to learn enough. I have wasted too much time already so I am reluctantly outsourcing this. As mentioned, I dont think it will be too hard for someone who knows what they are doing, find the right theme and any necessary plugins and help with SEO and links etc, and set me up for me to carry on.
My business is a small lodge in Tanzania that is very new and is earning us very little at the moment so I do not have a lot of funds. So a co-operation type attack maybe all that I can afford, I guess, to offset cost. I have had to move back into UK for the time being and trying to run the technical operation from here and produce a great stylish website for international customers has eluded me. I hope someone can help and please. I wish to use an established theme (template?) with add ons that I may need, explain to me in laymans terms so that I can continue with it. Thank you
