CakePHP App integration with existing MySQL DB

Overview of the project: I have an application built in CakePHP 2.x that I need upgraded to 3.x. It is currently built to pull data from an existing MySQL database and tables, Currently you can Login, Register, View Character Names, Reset Password, and there is News and Pages setup as well within the Admin Panel, it is all fully functioning, I need this upgraded and some features/existing MySQL data pulled in as well as some sort of payment system for subscriptions/purchases. What is already done/integrated with the existing MySQL database: Login Register Forgot Password Admin Panel View User Accounts Edit User Accounts Delete User Accounts Add/Edit/Delete Pages and Posts View User Account Characters (Only displays character names) (I will provide the current CakePHP application and existing MySQL database to code from) What I need done: CakePHP Application Upgraded from 2.x to 3.x View Profile Pages of Users -> (Display Username, Characters attached to that user, (Signature/Bio if they have one), Registration Date, Levels of their characters) Purchase CD Keys/Licenses (e.g. FJID90fdmxvjkMXJ) add option to require a license upon registration, have an option to purchase a license for a specified amount from the Admin Panel along with different payment options (e.g. Paypal, Bitcoin, etc.) So basically you can't register unless you have a license key (which can be also generated from the Admin Panel to give out similar to a coupon code or normal CD Key) Display more information on the character info page (Character Level, Character Class, Character Class Icon, these can all be pulled from the existing MySQL data) (Within the existing Admin Panel) Be able to ban users for specific periods of time (e.g. 1-Day, 7-Days, 30-Days, 90-Days, Permanent, etc.) Be able to manage licenses/keys and payment methods/options Please contact me ASAP I need this done within budget and quickly!
