Build a website in WordPress or Joomla from a current Joomla site based on theme

Good day, I am in need of someone, or a team, to build a website, in WordPress or Joomla, that is an exact copy of a current Joomla website. The theme used on the ‘to be copied’ site is Protostar. ~About the site~ There are nine top level pages, plus the shop The shop has 12 items in it There are 27 sub-pages in the site There is a downloads area, which has .pdf docs which will need to be accommodated There will also need to be a number of YouTube videos that will need to be embedded into the site, in a manner like the current site and pleasing to the eye The site is 'graphically/ design based' very simple and straight forward Of course the winning bidder will have the site made known to them for working on. ~Before you place a bid please note:~ This project will only be awarded if a great fit is found, this is why there is no initial milestone The winning bidder will need to provide support until the work is completed to my satisfaction For what it is worth, I am planning for the winning bidder to be responsible for future work on very similar projects ~For this bid:~ Your rating will need to be 4.8 or higher, if not, please don’t bid. If you have no rating here, please provide other solid evidence of your work and work history. You will need to provide *one example* of completing a task similar to this one; please do not send through the usual ‘copy and paste’ long list of stuff I don’t care about. Just a single example of your work, why it is great and why it helps me know that I should select you for this project. You will provide a very clear time-line of work, including an initial statement of maximum days to complete. If you go over your stated time frame, you accept a deduction of 20% of the agreed on price – I think this is only fair as you can state any time-frame you wish, so make it one you can achieve and we will be great. I pay as soon as the project has been successfully completed, to the required level, and tested by me. Check my rating to see I don’t try to stuff people around or hold off payments. If you lodge an empty bid with the words of “please contact to discuss” you will not be considered. You need to show why I should select you for this project in your bid. Fair enough isn’t it. ~Important notes:~ Communication: I am expecting the winning bidder to be in constant contact, and available, until the project is completed. This communication will be via Skype, as it is the most direct and immediate form to work with.
