Build stocks website analysis program

I need a system that can analyze websites such as yahoo finance, google finance, [login to view URL] (if all then better), etc to find public trading companies that fit, surpass or are very close to a given set of criteria. Basically a GUI that allows the input of for example:\r\n-Return on equity (ROE) >= XXX%\r\n-Return on invested capital (ROIC) >=XXX%\r\n-period of X years (for ROE and ROIC)\r\n-Upward trend in earnings per share in Y years\r\n\r\nAnd to show information such as: (optional but extremely preferred)\r\n(a)-long-term-debt to equity ratio\r\n(b)-price to book value\r\n(c)-Net profit margin\r\n(d)-Price to earnings ratio\r\n\r\nThe list of companies that meet the criteria will then be imported to excel with its information.\r\n\r\n\r\nFor example, if the GUI had the following criteria:\r\n\r\n-ROE >= 20% \r\n-ROIC >=14%\r\n-Period of 5 years (for ROE and ROIC)\r\n-Upward trend in earnings per share in the last 10 years\r\n\r\nIt would list companies such as Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE:WMT)\r\n\r\nwhich has: (all info from [login to view URL])\r\n-5 Yr. Average ROE of 22.15%\r\n-5 Yr. Average ROIC of 14.16%\r\n-Upward trend in earnings per share\r\n\r\nand the excel would show the criteria-surpassing companies, the fitting companies and then the close to criteria companies in a table with \r\n\r\n| NAME | ROE/5yr. | ROIC/5yr. | Earning per share slope | long-term-debt/equity | Price/book value | Net profit Margin | Price/Earning |\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
