To develop a custom plugin for Wordpress for a paid support service.
The plugin (or plugins) will provide the following
1. A credit system, where the user can purchase credits, integrated with WooCommerce. The user purchases a block of credits which is then added to their account.
2. A live chat system. Users are able to use their credits in 15 minute blocks on a live chat with an Assistant. The user should also be able to book a chat session with a particular Assistant, or wait for the next available Assistant.
3. An Assistant back end. Allows an assistant to review previous discussions and provide several fields the assistant can fill in, both about the user generally and about the individual chat session. The chat session should be recorded and accessible.
4. The user may also call in, or visit in person. The plug in needs to facilitate booking of these events, charging credits and allowing the Assistant to record that information in the back end.
5. Charging of credits should be fully automatic, and the user should receive an email after each session detailing the credits used and their balance.
