No menu item - you go to a specific URL to upload 2. The files to upload are CSV, following Excel conventions for double quotes and commas 3. There is a file picker for Cars and another for Restaurants, each with a button to "upload" 4. Uploading will MERGE with existing data - let's discuss merge rules for when the car/restaurant already exists - replace all information from new file?
