Build and design a giveaway website

Hello. I would like a giveaway website created. The website is for giveaway away video game items, however that is not really [login to view URL] is what it needs to include. Frontend - Displays all active giveaways. Login with email and password. Backend - Control of creating giveaways. Being able to pick the winner randomly / manually. Website needs to have a nice design. Simple and modern. How it will work: Users create account Users submit a "Trade URL" (This is part of the video game, you don't need to worry about this. Basically just a field that needs to be shown to me if they are the winner, so that I can give them the item) Users then go to the giveaways page For a free giveaway: Users press "Enter". They are greeted with lots of different ways to enter. Things such as "Follow @Username On Twitter", and "Subscribe to this YouTube channel". Also integration with "Peanut Labs". This is a survey company. Users can complete surveys to get entries. Also integration with other ad networks. For paid giveaways: Users can deposit money via PayPal to get entries. The price per entry can be set when creating the giveaway in the backend. If you want any more details, please message me.
