Build a Website Template pages (home and secondary pages)

I need a website template made with a floating red menu bar that stays at the top of the page even when scrolling down that will include the site logo. The bar at the top of bottom of the page will always be the width of the page. The attached image would be the width of the main content and not extend to the edge. The red menu bar uses Font Myraid Pro at 18pt. I would however like to see if someone might have a good example of beautiful dropdown from that text for additional menu choices. The main content part of the page will not extend past 1190 pixels wide. The logo will Does anyone make pages in Muse? I noticed that pages can adjust size by the width of the page in the browser. I would like to see the site adjust like that especially for a mobile site. The footer will also be 100% width with 80 pixel high in the same red color. (see images) I would like to incorporate the Facebook logo on the top red bar for a link to Facebook. In my uploaded image of the full layout. The gray area is the very back background of the site. The white area would float above it. I would like a couple of floating text areas placed in the templates for future text placement. The image under the menu bar would be on all pages. I would like the option of making the image height larger on the home page but all pages the image would be the width of the main content of 1190.
