For remaining phases Freelancer is expected to create the website on their secure server, share the link and show progress. 2nd milestone: 45% of total project cost Create a real estate management system per specifications Complete and obtain approval and install onto our our nominated servers 5% bonus paid for on-time completion of this phase 3rd milestone: 40% of total project cost Fix or rebuild current website & Link system with website Complete and obtain approval and install onto our our nominated servers extra 5% bonus paid for on-time completion of this phase 4th milestone: 10% of total project cost SEO Complete and obtain approval and install onto our our nominated servers Freelancer must keep the document updated with any changes that occurred during the development. Extra 10% Bonus at the end of the project to be offered to Freelancer who completed the whole project within promised timeframes for all milestones. Freelancer who successfully completes project will be invited to become a retained freelancer on a monthly retainer and to take part of future projects.
