Hi

We need an experienced WordPress developer to add a second language to a WordPress Blog. The current language is English and we need you to add Bulgarian.

You'll need to add 2 Flag icons for the languages in the Top-Navigation bar next to 'Search,' as well.

We'll provide the translations for everything - every element must be translated.

IP Localization should also be added - if the visitor is from Bulgaria the site should be in Bulgarian, if the visitor is from anywhere else the site should be in English.
