I'd like to design a website similar to Freelancer.com but it will be more focused on Students & Teachers. The idea is to have a single platform where teachers and students can meet to help each other. The student will use the website to post an order (request for essay, prepare slides, solve mathematics coursework, etc.). The teachers will bid of the work based on their experience and background. The student will award the work to the best teacher (the cheapest, the most good reviews, the most experienced, etc.). The teacher will get paid once the work is completed and approved by the student. I WOULD LIKE FROM BIDDERS TO READ THE ATTACHED PRESENTATION CAREFULLY AND GET BACK TO ME WITH REASONABLE TIMEFRAME TO DESIGN, CODE, IMPLEMENT, TEST THIS PROJECT.

Hello, i can do this. Will use php - MySQL among bootstrap to ensure optimal mobile display of the site. As for the payment, i would suggest going with stripe's gateway, it's really secure and easy to use. Question, will there be any fixed monthly fee like here on freelancer? Thanks!
