Build a Website

I need an amazing website for my Film and Book distribution Company. This site will involve Subscribers to have access to unlimited films and Novels (E-Books). The site needs to be able to handle streaming of film content and allow users to rent, and purchase (Download) Films and E-books. Also for Filmmakers and Authors to make money off of their content which will be distributed on the site. 1. Landing page A simple landing page consisting of my companies motion graphic when users first visit the site. An "About Us" Tab with a page describing who we are and a "Submit" Tab for Filmmakers and Authors to submit their film or E-book for consideration. This will take them to another page where Filmmakers and Authors will have to feel out a form describing their work. 2. While the Landing Page is up and fully operable we will need to be working on the site for an official launch. 3. This site will need to be able to release Films via streaming and will need to be able to collect payment as well as issue payment to the filmmaker and authors. It just needs to operate like those examples I gave you. Be able to handle a lot of film content and E-Book content. Be able to have people around the world view the content, be able to receive money from subscribers and be able to automatically pay the creators a certain percentage once their film or book is rented or purchased. The final requirement would be regarding how money and percentages are split. For instance we will need a virtual bank if you will where the filmmaker or author can have access to to see how their project is doing. Every time a subscriber rents or purchase their project a certain percentage of the funds is automatically transferred to their virtual bank account instantly. This is the main component that is required. Everything else I mentioned above is what I will need.
