Hello, We are looking for a person or a company who can build a big website (social network). Part of the website is already written and you need to continue working on the same code and change the design. We will also provide you with the new design. The functionalities that need to be coded are:
1. Responsive design
2. Messaging (similar to Facebook messaging system)
3. The users should be able to create events, discussions, business pages, offers (individual offers, group offers and auctions) and some more.
4. Managing system for content creators (4 levels - administrators, moderators, journalists and content writers). The system should be able to calculate their payment and add it to their account. The payment will depend on their activity, popularity and credibility.
5. Each user will have a rating, so we'll need a rating system. All profiles, discussions, comments, events, offers, news and articles will be rated on the scale from one to ten and the rating of this content should effect the rating of the person who created it.
6. Users can't register in the website more then once and in order to do this we will print a membership card for each one of them. We need a system that can alarm if the name, date of birth and country are all the same with another user.
5. We will need full administrative panel, so be able to add or change topics for discussions, profile data and other details.
All details and design will be send to the person or company of our choosing.
