I need quote to create a simple web application integrated with Twilio. Front End: User will login in, when logged in they will get a basic page where they enter a Name, Phone Number, and Email. Then click Send button. Upon submitting code will send a pre-defined message with a shorten URL to the user using Twilio. The url in the message will lead to a mobile landing page with a question and yes or no answer. Clicking on the Yes or No will route a different URL depending on answer clicked. Backend: I want to be able to do this for different groups, each group will have their own Twilio account/token and message. So from a admin perspective, I need to be able to create a Group and add users to the group. Only users in that group will have access. For Group: I need the following settings: The group will have the twilio settings, like account/token/phone/ and fields for SMS pre-defined message/shorten URL/ Question/Yes URL/No URL/Image/Page Name/Email text >>>Creating the group will create two Mobile landing page with the image at the top Mobile Pages: The Page Name field will be would be used to create the URL for the pages. 1) Page one will be the login page / Once logged in the image on top, then the fields for name, phone, email to be entered. e.g. [login to view URL] 2) Page two, does not need a login , it will have the image, then the question/ followed by Yes or No. Last an email will be sent to the email entered with the email text question and yes or now buttons with URLs.
