Build a Website

Hello Freelancers! I need a website that allows people to request quotes for certain items quickly. Simple and modern design -see [login to view URL] as it's a similar concept but different. The idea is to make a website so people (Quote Requesters) can request a quote for whatever they need,. This request then gets sent to various suppliers who can then contact and send quotes to quote requester. Need the form to ask for the following from the quote requester: Quote Requesters: Slide 1: Category (Select from list) Location (Postcode or suburb) Slide 2: Date item/service Required Duration (if hiring or service) Latest date for quote submission. Slide 3: Detailed description of requirements Attached documents (excel, word, pdf) up to 5mb Slide 4: Name Email Phone agreement to privacy policy and terms of use then "Submit" The details of this form + attachments will then need to be saved to a table that can be accessed by admins only and then emailed directly to admins nominated email and all suppliers related to the category that can supply to the location.. see below. Suppliers: On homepage i need a button that says "Become a supplier" This will go to the supplier signup page where they'll need to enter the following details: 'Supplier Category/Categories' (select from predefined list) 'Postcodes Able To Supply To' (will need to be able to select multiple post codes from a huge list or choose entire states,or select from a map... if a thing like that exists) Business Name: ABN (Australian Business Number): Contact Details including name, ph email. Password for logging into website if they need to update details or remove membership. Accept terms and conditions then signup Admin will need to manually verify details. These supplier details will need to be temporarily saved then once verified will need to be saved to a table "send out list" that admin can search, filter, organise and manage easily... Will need a privacy policy and terms of service/use page. Don't worry about specific terms.. just need a place for them to go. After all above is complete and the site is completely functional, I'll need a 'handover document containing all the information I need to change images, logo's and titles, writing, add my terms of use and privacy policy so I can customise to suit my various businesses. Please focus primarily on functionality first with a simple minimalistic layout. Don't worry about logo's or graphics.
