Imoplaza Solutions is a Romanian Company with a large experience in project planning and development. We only work with very well prepared specialists and we ensure the fact the project is all the time supervised by a specialist from our side.
The application will be used on the computer, as well as on the phone, so it is very important that it is designed this way; users will introduce information into the application through the phone. Each freelancer from the team will have to work on a module, so 4 specialists will contribute to programming the app.
APPLICATION SPECIFICATIONS
The application has the purpose of managing the petty cash of one or more companies. The application is separated in 4 modules:
ADMIN – where the basic settings of the application are made, the users are defined, the roles for each other are defined, the fundamental elements through which the other modules work (eg: here we define the number and the properties of petty cashes, the currencies with which we will work, etc.)
PARTNERS – where all the individuals correlated with the houses are defined. The way in which they are connected to the houses differs from one to another. The importance of the module is to proportion a correlated database of individuals where the application users can select, depending on his necessities. Consequently, the names of the persons correlated with the petty cashes will always have the same configuration and the same characteristics. The partners have their own settings that can be completely or partially filled in by the user.
OPERATIONS – is the essential module of the application. Through this module, all the operations that are happening in the patty cash are inserted. There exists a predefined range of operations from which the user can pick. Each operation has its own characteristics.
REPORTS – is the module where the user can print reports depending of certain characteristics. Example: on a certain period of time, on a certain patty cash, on a certain currency, for a certain partner.
