The online store must have the following features:

Design well presented
Creation of 6/7 categories, 8/10 subcategories,
Possibilities to filter each page by price, brand, color,
Available in all programs and instruments (Ipad, mob, PC, Mac, etc.)

Shoping cart
If the customer has completed the purchase, the shop owner gets a automatic notification by e mail.
Installind plugins for UPS, DHL, fedexpress, or post office
The customer can choose to sign up, but can also make purchases without signing. for adding things to your shopping cart, you have to sign up.
I can send newsletters to customers.

It is a long term project the shortlisted must provide a SLA with a price per year and per hour.
