Build a Car Sales Classified Website Like Autotrader.co.uk

Hi Freelancers We are looking for an immediate start building a classified adverts website for car sales, very similar, if not a copy of [login to view URL] (NOT [login to view URL]!) for our niche product that does not compete with Autotrader. Needs the following functionality: 1. Ability for private sellers to create a classified ad including text and photos 2. For those advertisers to be able to pay online for their ads 3. Cars need to be searchable under various categories 4. Ability for business customers to buy a subscription online giving them a number of or unlimited adverts dependant upon package price. 5. In addition to the above a private section for approved, subscription business customers only to list vehicles for sale listed that can only be seen by other logged in subscribed business customers. 6. 6 other general pages with space for text and images. All pages on the site should have space for Adsense ads and other ads that will be sold by the site owner directly to customers. This is a startup business with a limited budget - With the right site to start with, there will be ongoing expansion and further work in the future. We are looking for a developer who will bear this in mind when considering the budget. The site can be developed from scratch, or we'd be interested in buying the use of a suitable pre-existing site/template. We're happy to look at third party Wordpress templates so long as they can be developed as described above and within budget. Thanks in advance.
