Auto Uploading Torrents to P2P Torrents sites

I am looking for a coder who is expert in his ways to do things Expertise required are efficiency in linux environment with bash good command in php who can integrate hooks with api. Along with that he need to have a proper understanding of the bittorrent protocol and how they work along with the understanding of rtorrent/rutorrent. what i want is a script which can do things in a sequence and make life easy for my client. Procedure and technical challenges are your cup of tea, its up to you to make things work for me and you decide which way or how you want to implement the logic and all stuffs. But i would like to be informed about your technical ways to achieve certain goals. Step by step breakup. rutorent a web based bittorrent application centered on linux platform will be the base client. Your work starts after a torrent file has done 100% in the application. There is a parameter in rtorrent which relates to triggering a post script after a file has done 100% there you have to attach a bash script to do stuffs. So every time a file does 100% this script will get triggered. Once a file is 100% rtorrent triggers a script script analyzes the file if its a folder or a file then if a single file then proceed else if the folder has multiple file then analyze the files. Analysis : if multiple mkv/mp4/avi then short by order choose the largest size file and proceed Analysis : else if the files are rar then unpack it to a different folder with the folder name being the root folder name of that directory. After the files part is analyzed proceed to next step read media info of the files and store relevant infos ( will be specified ) next is take multiple screen shots. pluggins for these are already available with the rtorrent client. ( take 10 screens and then order by size choose 4 from top biggest size ) using api function upload these screenshots to a image uploading site (i will mention it which site) and save the links which will be generated. next will be copy the name of the root folder file name and rename it to my preference. Next will be to add a .txt file in the folder. after that use mktorrent pluggin to create torrent and after completion proceed to next step. After torrent is made using api functions/curl upload those files to specific websites along with all infos we have collected so far " media infos / screen shots" Based on the file name short categories to which that file will be uploaded ( which i will provide the logics) re arrange the description with file names and media infos and screenshots and other infos if we want to add in the description before uploading. upload to 5 sites.
