I’m looking for a very good programmer and web developer that will re-package a video software for my use and for resale. I will give idea of what I want included in the software and the developer should be able to make other viable and good additions that will make this software to stand out in the internet market. The existing software will be sent to the developer so that he can see how to re-package, edit and add more contents which I will itemise. • The developer must be able to tell me what sort of improvement/design he/she will incorporate to make it better than what it is at the moment; • Whether it will be a PC software, an app, etc so far as it can be used on a PC/Mac and even on tablets, android and iphones; • Definite date of completion/delivery; • Testing/corrections/amendments (this will involve my beta testers) • Final delivery date after testing
