I have an image uoload function in my admin area that will uploading files to a folder in the admin directory. I would like this upload function to upload the images to a different directory outside of the admin folder. I would like someone to edit the upload code to point the upload to a new folder outside the admin folder. Also my website menu drop down icons are not displaying. I need someone to troubleshoot the menu to fix why these icon do not appear and get the icons to appear.

She can upload photos of completed works, and the photos are checked for security then passed to various folders depending upon what it is for - this is done via native PHP (no additional libraries required). I can also troubleshoot your HTML markup for the menu images.
