Adding workflow features to a crm and interface skinning

I have a php based crm that is missing some automated features that need to be build using php. I also have an interface in illustrator that needs to be implemented in the next 12 hours. So this part is an immediate must. The winning bid must complete the interface design within that time frame and work on the new features that are missing. Those features are adding alerts, automated processes like sending email or adding tasks to the calendar when certain buttons are pressed. The crm is fully built so no weird bids like you are building this from scratch, but with that said there will be a lot of customization down the road. So I want someone dependable, who can communication always, and is focused on my project.
