Add a webshop plugin (with working demo content) to my wordpress website

Dear WordPress developers, I am working on a new website since my wife started a new business in consulting and selling heath products. Currently I have already have a domain, installed wordpress and installed the world wide know Avada template on it and installed de demo content as you can see on www.laura.care. We just started and need figure out how we can take out all the demo pages and select only the ones we need bring it back to a blog like website. But this is actually another separated project. What we also need is the ability to manage a web shop and have a side map of all product categories and products. The difference is between a normal web shop is we don’t need to have a real shopping basket and payment services at the moment. If a customer hits the buy button it will be redirected to the vendors page. Here is an example of the products and categories I want to rebuild on my website [login to view URL] So basically the only thing we need is a web shop feature without the payment option (but we might need it later for other products we sell directly from our site so it should be possible to add this in a later stage) Hope I made myself a bit clear and if there are any questions please let met know.
