Add additional functions in existing back-end

- Setup/manage product subscription (files, subscription duration, price)

- Update existing file management to distinguish free/payable download of files

- Online sale of subscription and payment process (PayPal API)

- Changes to existing user profiles (admin/reader/publisher) to manage subscription

- Changes to existing download process of files based on free/payable issues
