Add Stripe functionality to the website + add subscription flow

You need to be familiar with Stripe to be able to add their API in a correct way.
The website is currently powered by paypal - a one time fee that users pay and the way that they receive funds. (it's a sort of crowdfunding platform).
1. The one time fee needs to be changed to subscription (connected Stripe subscription API).
2. The way users receive funds should be done through Stripe.
