My end user currently uses a Google Form. I use a program called Forms Publisher to generate a Google Doc (with the results). I need a similar program which will do this as well as two other features.
1.) If the individual answers "Yes" to a specific question, I need the resulting Google Doc to highlight and underline that answer.
2.) One question allows for multiple responses (multi-select). My resulting form includes all answers separated by semi-colons. I need it separated by bullet points (one answer per line).
Important clarification to bids. Please confirm you can provide the same functionality currently in Forms Publisher as well as items listed noted in original description.
