Ticket Reseller Affiliate System & Sites

We are an online ticket reseller for concerts, theater and sporting events. We are seeking a custom website utilizing the Ticket Network XML feed. The master site should have a Content Management System that our admin can go to and add/edit/delete pages and content.
We are also seeking the following unique modules.
1. Main Site Module
This would be our main site where most of the other sites are built around.

One of the sites we like is ticketseating .com. If possible, to build a site similar to this.

We have a lot of domains and subdomains that we would like to target based on several broad themes. A theme site would be very similar to the main site above except that the content would be geared to the theme of that site. We would need a content management system to create and maintain the theme sites.
3. Affiliate Sites Module
Each affiliate can configure their own consumer website. The affiliate site would have the same body as the main site (above) but the top header can be changed by the affiliate. Perhaps using some kind of I-frame design? The affiliate can upload their logo and contact info.
3. Widgets Module
We need a search box widget that can be put on affiliate sites, so any sales that result from the widget are credit to the proper affiliate. There would need to be and admin control site for us to generate the html code for the widget so we can easily drop the search box widget into any site, newsletter or blog.
4. Password protection
Affiliate admin, customer admin and master admin must have password protection.
5. Shopping cart
Clients should be able to add tickets to a shopping cart and continue shopping for other events. Customers should be able to update their contact info and view order history.
5. Paypal integration.
In addition to processing orders through the Ticket Network point of sale clients should be able to pay with paypal and google checkout.

A mini mobile site for master and affiliate sites.
8. Customer Marketing Manger:
Us and the Affiliates should be able to maintain a database of customers, contact info, entertainment interests, purchase history, etc.
9. Self created web pages. Based on searched item pages will be created with similar look and feel with search based content.
10. Geo IP Content. We would like the content to be tied into a geo-ip database so that there can be targeting by the users ip.

We want to make sure the ticketnetwork interactive seating charts as well as their view from the seat integration is included.

We will require a non-disclosure agreement.
Experience:
Ideally you already have experience with the Ticket Network XML feed and have designed ticket broker websites.
