Three-Page Consulting Site Using CMS

I need a site designed for a consulting company. Currently only three pages needed, they are: - Home: Brief description of the company, what they do, etc - Blog: - Contact: Contact info. More pages may be added later (but not part of the project) so maybe there should be room in the navigation for future pages. Company is a computer / information services consulting company. Pages should be deliverable with generic information about some random company. Some CMS must be used for the blog and preferrably for the entire site. WordPress, PhpNuke, Joomla, or something else is okay. Layout must be professional and original. In your bid request please include: 1) Links to sites you have designed similar to this project. 2) CMS you will use and if you will use the CMS for the entire site or just the blog. 3) A brief mock up of what your vision for the site is. Final deliverables must run on Linux Apache / PHP / MySQL platform. Final design will need to get my approval and changes may be necessary before payment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux Apache / PHP / MySQL + XHTML.
