Simple Website Concept for Anxiety

I would like to create a website for anixety sufferers.? It will be a non-profit intended to help those who are afflicted.? I want it to be simple in concept.? They register an account, create a things that their anxiety disorder prevents them doing, and then can strikethrough items that are no longer a problem.? It will be a stepping stone program to defeat anxiety one task at a time.? Also, when they add an item to their list, it could say beside it or underneath it, "X many other uses have a similiar item on their list" based on keywords.? The homepage could keep a running tab of "X user added Y task to their list today" or "X user defeated Y on their list today".? I have a dreamhost account with plenty of space and the available to create a domain, I just need some help with getting a website put together that works.? I'm not terrible with html, and a beginner at flash, so I can provide some level of support on this myself.? Thanks for your bid.

NOTE:? I have a working version of this type of website I like, but it was created in .NET format and will not work on my hosting environment (Dreamhost).? Feel free to use the .NET version for reference.
