Create an RSS Feed script that I can insert into an HTML PAGE

Hello,

I need someone to create the code/script so that I can insert an RSS feed into an html page..

I need to display in an HTML page... 3 JPG images.... and maybe some text/announcements... in a rotating fashion.

I would like to be able to install this on a page... and then the news/images automatically rotate...

I figure that an RSS feed would be the best way to do this...

So I would just update the RSS feed remotely and the change should show up on a remote computer... that has a browser opened and is viewing the page with the RSS feed.

I would like to (if possible) be able to specificy for how long each rss story/item is displayed on the screen...
