Prestashop Checkout that converts customers - open to bidding

Hej.

I have a sexshop [url removed, login to view] and the checkout is very bad made, i am loosing many customers in the checkout and got a high bouncerate of my site 65%.

I have pictures from a checkout i like, and you have to make it the same like that, design and code it on my webshop.

1. I need you to make 1 task first = Improved checkout. This will be fixed price, you give me the price and i accept.

2. I also need to work with you over a long period, with improving the webshop on many things. This will be price pr. task, i give you a task and you say the price for that task.

I have a few rules.

1. When i write an email, i want an answer the same day.

2. If i give you a task, and you say it will take 3 days to finish it, you got to keep that deadline, OR tell me why it takes longer time.

3. You give a price for every task, and if you use longer time on that job, that is you problem. When we arrange a price, we keep that price.

4. I pay true paypal

5. I need a guy that is very good at design and in prestashop coding, in Denmark the design is very high standart and high quality, so you need to be good :)

I am looking for a guy that can make my webshop perform and convert better, with improved designs and checkout made easier.

Do you think you can live up to these conditions?
