Pligg Upgrade and Modifications

We need our pligg 9 beta upgraded to the latest version/build of the software out right now(believe its 9.8 beta, but need latest beta out). We need it all to be htaccess friendly urls( [login to view URL]) for all categories, and entire site. Our colors and layout are pretty good now(using modified mollio-beat), but we want adjustments to layout, round things up, upgrade right side buttons, etc. We also need to make sure that the latest forum plugin integration is installed(integrate forum with pligg and make sure design is same), as well as picture uploader(allow user to upload picture with story), as well as make sure rss importer pulls in info how we want(including thumbs, and tags), and also can import embed video(embed in page if video) as well as any images in feed. Last of all we will need to finish and make work external vote button that updates and shows # of votes and allows people to vote on site from a blog or external site. There is a internal one on pages that works but may need to be upgraded as well. Must have worked with pligg extensively and can get this done efficiently and fast as possible with no problems. Always includes possibility for new work in future as well. o IMPORTANT** when you bid send us all pligg sites you have worked on so we can verify your skills. Thanks.
