Help Programming New Website

One of my employees needs help completing a clients website. I need someone who will guide and direct them on how to complete this website. All you have to do is help them. My employee needs help doing the following: These are just the user functions that the clone site already offers, nothing above and beyond. In fact, I might have left out a function since I haven’t really used the site much, Im more of an investor rather than the site maintainer! The uniqueness im looking for might come in the form of a page of just live cams on the main page. For example, [login to view URL] list live cams from locations all around the world. A url should be provided so that these cams can be accessed by their customers. ([login to view URL]) I would like to know if there can be a feature added to allow for recording the live feed of a user. I found this on google [login to view URL] I would like to offer this as a premium feature. CRegistration: [login to view URL] registration required, user can enter as a “guest” by creating an available UN and PW. These UN and PW are good for a set time (8hrs) or until the user signs out. [login to view URL] can register their UN and PW with email confirmation. This user will be a registered guest. [login to view URL] can register and upgrade to a “member” by paying a set amount of “Madd Money” per month ($5). Guest Functions: [login to view URL] can enter the “All” rooms but only view cam streams if “free slots” are available. If these “free slots”, which should be a percentage of users per room (25%), are unavailable, the guest is offered a chance to upgrade to “member”. [login to view URL] can only view 1 thumbnail cam at a time, no enlarge window, zoom, or private chat functions available. 3. Guest will have a sex specific colored (m=blue/f=pink) “guest icon” beside their name. 4. Guest have to deal with a Upgrade Now pop-up every 5 minutes. 5. If guest decide to buy “Madd Money” they must first upgrade to member before they can tip. Member Functions: 1. Members can access all rooms (“all” / “members”) except for “private” rooms, which require a password given out by the room creator. 2. Members can open multiple cams (up to 4) at a time in their browser. 3. Members can enlarge the thumbnails up to two sizes. I seek your input as to what two sizes are best. 4. Members can zoom in on the cam. 5. Members have the private chat option. 6. Members don’t have the upgrade now pop-up. 7. Members can create rooms and serve as the moderator, and assign others, if they wish as moderators. They can decide if they want these rooms to be “all”, “member”, or “private” (PW) rooms. They set the rules of the room. A check box for 18 and up should be provided. If adult only, an 18&up icon should appear next to the room name. They can chat block/ view block within their rooms. 8. Members can purchase “memberships” monthly/semi annually @ 5 credits pm 9. Members can change font, font color, and add emicons during chats. 10. Members can upload a small jpeg to use as their cam id or they can use a snapshot copy of themselves Camera Functions: 1. Should have all the options for members but available according to status (guest vs. member) 2. Allows the option to turn on/off camera, mic 3. Allows user to snap a shot to be used in freeze mode/out Madd Money Credits: 1. Each credit equivalent to $1.00 2. Members should have a credit bank, a system that keeps track of their balance. 3. These credits can be transferred from “member” to “member”. 4. These credits can be cashed out at the “Madd Money” “ATM” 5. Credits are purchased in blocks of $5. 6. Credits are purchased using PayPal. ATM: 1. This feature is used to cash out on accumulated credits. 2. Credits are cashed out at the rate of 50% 3. Members can cash out with a minimum of 20 credits. 3. Payments are made on sent on the 1st and 15th of every month. Cash-outs must be made 2 days prior to payment days. 4. Payouts are made by PayPal (free) or Check (1.00 fee) 5. Members must register for this service and should include PayPal info if they want payment that way, and contact info for payment by check. Admin Panel: 1. All user info is accessible for me to view (UN/PW, contact, and credit count) 2. Members registered for ATM cash outs info is kept separately. This should track their balances, requested cash outs and send an email stating they requested a cash out to me. 3. Total income and payouts should be kept by month. 4. Automated emails should be sent to members reminding them their membership is about to expire. 5. I should be able to view everyone’s room or chat. 6. I should be able to create default rooms and assign the status (all/member/private) 7. I should be able to chat block/chat view anyone. 8. I should be able to block IP’s, this is important to me. If I see a pedo, I want to be able to report the IP and block him. 9. I should have a banner ad manager to manage the two ad sections provided. This should allow the upload of banners in jpg/bmp. I set rotation times and forward url. 10. I should be able to put a specific user on probation or delete if they happen to break the rules of the chat room. 11. I should be able to upload video into a a chat room for a specific user. For example, iwebcam sometimes runs video of a model to give the impression she is performing live. 12. I should be able to stream audio in a chat room for a particular room. For example, the site has a room for amateur radio enthusiast. The site has a default chatter that has a talk radio that also plays music. 13. I should be able to set the price of membership, start at $5 but eventually charge more. 14. Update site news for the site news box through the admin panel. Misc. 1. Users should have colored icons for their sex. They should also have specific icons as guest vs. members. There should also be an icon for room moderators, the current site uses a small policeman. I can search for icons and send them to you. 2. Security should be of the utmost concern, I don’t want to be hacked! 3. Site code should not be viewable by right-clicking. 4. SEO is left up to you, the pros. 5. Logo should be a trendy cartoon that fits the name, obviously derived from Alice in Wonderlands Mad Hatter! The theme should fit the logo and need not be the previous recommender lime/black colors. 6. Upload to my dedicated server at quackweb and provide a zip of the script.
