I need a Google map as this one:

If you have played with google maps before, then the work will be really simple, so please just low bids will be considered.
I have a database with events that wil take place in some venues. I want the map to show the upcoming events as in [login to view URL] (with moving markers). In the info bubble of each marker i need the following info:
Name of the event
Date of the event
Type of event
venue name and logo
And a link for details of the event
all this info i have in a database. I just need you to code the file that will get the info from my database and to put in in the map (i think that the best way is using XML).
I have the pages for each event, so you don't need to worry about it, just about the map.
i will give you the .sql file of the database so you can work with it.
All the code must be documented (just to understand what you did in case i need to make some modifications in the future).
