Background
We require a VB.NET application written in VS2008 that will connect to an ebay store via WEB API and download COMPLETED sales for a given date to a predefined XML format and folder location.
Requirements
The application should run without a user interface and accept commandline parameters. Ebay Login details and other required settings will be stored in the [login to view URL] file.? Only one instance of the application can run at a time.

The application should run without a user interface and accept commandline parameters as follows:

The date of the sale is in the format dd-MMM-YYYY e.g. 01-MAR-2009
Folder is the folder to store each order if none specified use app-path e.g. "c:\my ebay sales\"
Logfile is the folder to store? a text? ebayplugin.log.? e.g. "c:\logs\"
Each Sale will be written to the folder using the ebay order number as the file name e.g. [login to view URL]

The Customer will be "hardcoded" to EbayBuyer and a majority of the XML Property Tags will be FIXED - only relevant EBAY? FIELDS will need to be initialised - these include for example (but not limited to):
Transaction ID, TransactionDate, SaleUnitAmount, SKU, SKU Description,? Payment Information, Shipping information, Ebay Buyer ID etc.
Log file and Program Trace
The log file should contain a time stamp and action status - for example: 01/01/2009: 17:59:01 Connecting to Ebay Store ID 09809987866

On completion an? [login to view URL] file is written to the app-path and contains the following tags:
<Status>OK or FAIL
<SaleDate>The Order Date for the sales downloaded in this session
<Response>The adaptor error message
<CountOfSalesOK> the number of sale orders downloaded and processed ok
<TotalCountOfSales> the number of sales processed that day
If the xml file already exists in the apppath or downloads folder then it is overwritten? a warning is written to the log file.

Source code and working Visual Studio 2008 solution files to be delivered with this project. All ownership of code will be transferred to Datapel Systems without dispute and the developer does not retain any right to the source code on receipt of payment from Datapel Systems. No thirdparty controls or components to be used without express consent of Datapel. No? royalty or freeware code will be considered if required? by your proposal.
