eBay Sales to XML file

Background We require a VB.NET application written in VS2008 that will connect to an ebay store via WEB API and download COMPLETED sales for a given date to a predefined XML format and folder location. Requirements The application should run without a user interface and accept commandline parameters. Ebay Login details and other required settings will be stored in the [login to view URL] file.?
