Digium Contacts Interface (Asterisk)

We are looking for a Asterisk developer or someone with the skills necessary who has the ability to create a PHP (or other) front end application that will parse the digium_phones directory, parse the xml files contained in that folder and provide the users a way to edit and delete contacts stored in their individual "phone".xml files. Current versions of DPMA will not allow for the deletion of server side stored contacts on Digium D50s and D70s, nor does it allow for contacts added to BLF keys to add as auto-hints for BLF notifications on Internal SIP registered extensions. We need a way for users to easily be able to go to an interface, login with their extension and password (perhaps the voicemail password), gain access to the site - see contacts listed in their xml contact file, be able to delete those contacts individually, add contacts if they wish, and flag individual contacts as internal extensions (so BLF will be assigned to them). Working knowledge of [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and Asterisk, in order to pull the desired contact file - xml manipulation (as the contact file is based in XML), application development for a user front-end, and Asterisk scripting so that the modified contacts file can be pushed to the requested extension. I can setup a lab environment if needed and allow SSH to the server for testing if needed. I am needing to get an estimate to validate if this project is viable before any bid is accepted. As part of this project we will need to have the development code, and installation procedures if possible. We need to get quotes for the pricing of this project before we know if we can move forward. Interested parties please let me know the costs involved.
