We are looking for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) expert that can help us configure our CRM software ([url removed, login to view], a flavor of SugarCRM) and ecommerce shop (virtuemart) to handle a complete ebusiness workflow (promotion / transaction / customer portal / shop / support / bookeeping (quickbooks).
Yo will have to demonstrate perfect understanding of ecommerce and CRM workflows and prior successful configuration of CRM.
We will provide more details on PM but we evaluate the job to about 3-4 weeks.
