Need some work done on my wordpress website, I want to keep my current theme functions but a different layout

2.) Frontend User submitted post plugin (covert video press frontend)

I want the post ready to go as soon as user submits, this means that the front end submission form actually works and links are in place along with the right meta keys from the covertvideopress theme as soon as they submit all admin has to do is accept or delete post. metakeys and other needed php functions can be found in covertvideopress Theme functions.

*FreeVideos can only be submitted by "viewer" user role

2.)Tokens Plugin

*To Unlock premium videos user has to spend tokens*

4.99 = 20 Tokens

9.99 = 40 Tokens

19.99= 85 Tokens

*Users pay through PayPal*

*After user successfully pays through PayPal tokens are added to their account and they are able to unlock post. Example Here: [url removed, login to view]

Please make sure there is a page so users can buy tokens

*If users don't have enough tokens they are prompted through Ajax light box pop up to buy tokens. Example Here: [url removed, login to view],aNoilwJ,fecCWpm,ybYwDoj

*I need to able to change these prices/token amounts easily on the back end of WordPress*

Ajax Tabs above video thumbnails

Free- These videos are free to everyone including anonymous users

Premium- These videos are premium videos that logged in users can unlock with tokens

Unlocked Videos- Are videos that a user has unlocked with tokens already (this is user account bound. User A should not see user B's unlocked videos only their own.)

3.)Cash out System Plugin

*A system where my "twerker" user role members can alert me via back end when they are ready to cash out*

*User can only use cash out when they have over 200 Tokens and are "twerker" user role* (MORE INFORMATION ON REQUEST)

4.) Age validation plugin

*User role change option from "viewer" to "twerker" page*

*This users will have to submit the following

Photo

Photo ID

18 years or older*

Other specified things

*Ajax scroll bar on video thumbnails*

*Both video thumbnails/widget box area should float along with the scroll down as user scrolls down*

*Cash out Button that only "twerker" user role members can see

*A unique way to display how many tokens a user currently has*

*Biggest video size centered on screen that can fit all sizes*

*RESPONSIVE THEME AT LEAST TO DESKTOPS/TABLETS*

Floating Footer that disappears when user is at the bottom of the page that I can add links to*

*I would still like to be able to change things like backgrounds/logo via back end of covertvideopress*
