WORDPRESS SEARCH ENGINE WITH CCBILL INTEGRATION

Had a recent project evolve into something a bit bigger than anticipated. I'm reposting with full details now that the job has been better formulated.
I have a dating site that is built on Wordpress. CCBILL is going to be the payment gateway. There are currently 2 directories which need to be married. Here is the description step by step of what I need done.
1.) [url removed, login to view] which is home to the front-end site. This will need a small 2 field form created. Not a plugin just the code for the form. The two fields will be 'USERNAME' and 'DATE OF BIRTH'.
2.) This 2 field form will need to 'hook' into the CCBILL gateway and feed those two fields into it.
3.) The CCBILL gateway will handle the payment structure and upon completion of signup the CCBILL form will then handshake over into the members area located in the second directory '[url removed, login to view]' which is itself a SECOND self contained Wordpress installation using buddypress as a community control system.
THIS IS WHERE A PLUGIN MAY NEED TO BE BUILT TO HANDLE THE SEARCH ENGINE
4.) The page that CCBILL will dump new members who signed up, will be the first of a 2 page form which will ultimately feed the search engine it's necessary profile fields. This first page will have one item on it asking new members to confirm their location from what CCBILL gave it as the billing address. 'CONFIRM YOUR LOCATION' and displaying the billing address.
5.) Once confirmed the new member will press 'NEXT' and the second page of the search engine/profile submission form will appear with the first field requiring the new member to designate what type of member they are from 2 choices. Based on these choices the new member will get either Profile Type A or Profile Type B. They are essentially the same, just the profile details tab will defer in what it is called and what profile data it displays.
6.) The rest of the profile fields will feed into the search engine giving us the values by which we will generate search results for members searching other members.
7.) Upon completion of the this initial setup the new member will have access to the site and all its functionality and be in.
8.) The search engine needs have a page, either through shortcode or dynamically generated page etc which will be for searching the various fields we used in the beginning.
9.) The search engine will also generate a widget displaying 'MEMBERS NEAR YOU' based on the location information.
This is the first part of this endeavor. Once this part is completed (and yes we are on an extraordinary time crunch) the second part of this will be an entirely different project I will open at that time.
Please realistically examine your capabilities BEFORE bidding. I am looking for someone I can trust and who I can grow with as this project will only be the beginning of a much longer relationship which could potentially lead to a full time Front/Back End Development position with our company within 6 months.
