This theme has to be such that the client can lock out any one of other users who bypass security from modifying it I will need someone who can either REVIEW the template chosen and add the functionality it has to a theme and create a bespoke template/theme OR To modify the chosen theme with specified adjustments. You will have to work with me as i need to move all the articles and images across to the new theme in a specific order so I don't want to use the install and go button. Functionalities and adjustments are more css focussed and also some require insertion of functionality in the php and others are java. need you to work with me as i am doing all the reenterung of data which i will be doing as i am rewriting all content.
