313186 Quick fixes for PHP provider

Hello all ;-)

I am looking for a provider to fix 2 things for me ASAP.

This is regarding our website at [url removed, login to view]

Fix 1: Make the '[url removed, login to view]' appear higher up the header on our homepage. I need it more toward the top of the page so people can see it better.

Fix 2: We have a signup page at [url removed, login to view] This submits the order to our email, but when we hit REPLY (when emailing), their email address is blank. I need this to be included in the coding so we don't have to keep cutting and pasting.

The [url removed, login to view] file is included for Fix 1.

The [url removed, login to view] file is included for Fix 2.
